Rainbow Calsilica

  • Geological - Base stone is Calsilica. This stone is made up of a beautiful mixture of the colors, primarily: blues, greens, reds, cream-whites. Various appearances based upon how the stone is cut. These colors may have been caused by an ancient pottery operation. Over many years, the mineral based dyes used to color the pottery may have leached into the bedrock below. Hardness 4-5.5.
